Booking & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your safari dates. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Health & Safety

All Mayra Tours guests are automatically enrolled in the Amref Flying Doctors emergency evacuation cover for the duration of their safari.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 30 days, 100% of the total cost applies.

Travel Insurance

We strictly require all guests to possess comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, theft, and trip interruption.
